This beautiful destination wedding at Poets Cove Resort, on Pender Island, was a full array of shades of purple and mauve. Filled with roses, delphiniums, dahlias and sweet peas it contained some of August’s most gorgeous blooms. And this wedding didn’t just include flowers, the bride and groom also wanted graphic succulents and air plants. They were dotted throughout the bride’s bouquet, and all the reception tables. There were many fun touches to this wedding from the geometric himmilies, the hand painted signs, wooden bow ties and of course, sparklers at the end of the night! What’s a party with out sparklers? I would say this Gulf Island wedding was a success, but not without the help of many talented vendors. (see below)
